Canadian customers

​

Shipping is free for all orders over $175 (before Taxes) shipped within Canada

Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for orders less than $175 (before Taxes) shipped within Canada.

 

Take advantage  --- Door Drop off!

If you live in the Calgary - Airdire - Crossfield - Carstairs - Didsbury - Olds corridor we will happily door-drop your order of $150.00 (before taxes) or more free of charge, within 2 business days of confirming your order. A flat rate of $10.00 applies to orders with a total below $150.00 (before taxes). In some circumstances this charge may be waived.

Curb Side Pick up

We have curb-side pick up available for you Mon - Fri from 12 - 4 pm.

Can't make it during these hours?  Please contact us and we do our best to accommodate you.

US customers

Shipping is a flat rate of CAD$25 for all orders shipped to customers in the USA.  Fashions on Main is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred to receive the order.

Undeliverable packages

If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, package is refused, unclaimed or lost, Fashions on Main will not be held responsible. Ideally Canada Post will return it to us, in that case we will refund the amount for the products purchased, less original shipping costs and any additional shipping costs resulting from the return.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that things don’t always work out when ordering online, so we would like to do our best to ensure that you are happy.

Please note: Accessories and SALE / CLEARANCE items are final sale – no exceptions.

Exchange

Need a different size or colour?  Please contact us as early as possible but no later than 10 Days after receiving your order. We are happy to help you as best we can but cannot guarantee same style availability. Please follow instructions below (see Refund) to send back the item you are exchanging.

Refund

•          Circle the item(s) that you are returning on the invoice included with your order.

•          Mail the unworn/unaltered item(s) back to us within 10 days of receiving your order, using a method that provides you with a tracking number (Canada Post offers this service), as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Remember to write down the tracking number for your records.

•          After receiving your return, within 3 business days we will refund your order, less a flat rate of $15 for the cost of shipping your original order to you.

•          When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging including receipt with items circled as per above and seal the box or envelope securely.

•          If you choose to return the item to our physical store in person, you will be issued store credit.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Accessories and SALE items are final sale, no exceptions.

• Items returned that have original tags removed and/or are not in original condition, including but not limited to: having been washed, altered, have odour(s) (e.g.: cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets...), are stained or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund or exchange for credit.
